Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

 

Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. To ensure a smooth return and refund process, please follow the guidelines below:

1. Proof of Product Condition

  • Kindly record an unboxing (opening) video when you receive the package.
  • This video is mandatory and will serve as proof in case the product is received damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return or refund.

3. Incorrect Product Received

  • If you receive an incorrect item, notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

4. Returns for Other Reasons

  • For returns not related to damage or incorrect delivery, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product to request a return or refund.

 

Important Notes

  • Only the product cost (after deducting any applicable restocking fee) is refundable.
  • Shipping charges, COD fees, and custom packaging costs are non-refundable.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received to qualify for a refund.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

Processing Time

  • Replacement or refund requests are usually processed within 7–10 working days after receiving the returned product.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 7 business days of approval.
